What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards.

What are your terms?

The client has two choices—A: Payment in full before services have started, or B: ½ of full service amount due before services have started and the remaining ½ due upon completion of pet sitting services.

Can you show proof of insurance and background check?

Yes!  They are brought to the meet and greet and can be shown upon request by the client.

How far in advance should I book pet sitting services?

As soon as your travel plans are finalized, I suggest you reserve pet sitting services.  Certain times of the year fill up more quickly than others, and booking guarantees that your pets will be loved and taken care of while you are away.

Do you charge a holiday fee?

Yes, there will be a $10.00 fee added to each day of service on these major holidays:  Easter Weekend (Fri-Sun), Memorial Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Years Day.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! If you refer a new client that books a service with Pawsitively Great Pet Sitting, you will get a $20 credit upon completion of their first service. This is good for any amount of people that you refer. Credits can be combined together, and they don’t expire! Spread the word!
